The Role


You'll work directly with sales, clients, and leaders, and other cross functional product and technology teams in a dynamic, open environment.

You will use your experience in technical sales and your strong blend of technology and client management skills to inform clients about our technology stack, assist with our sales cycles, gather complex and bespoke client technology requirements, and articulate potential opportunities to deliver client requirements against Traydstream capabilities.

Your proactive mindset and ability to support the sales team will help in creating reports, acquiring complex business requirements, technical sales collateral, assist with writing and reviewing RFP responses and technical questionnaires.

You will use your strong problem-solving skills to understand the technical nuances to bridge architectural environments and pinpoint the opportunities and challenges in the client's implementation process.

Your strong project management capabilities will also help you work with key stakeholders across the business and help maneuver through multiple client queries as we expand our client network globally.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with end customers to understand the requirements and convert the functionality to build new features within our product.
  • Work closely with end customers to understand the requirements and convert the functionality to build new integrations within our product.
  • Conduct requirements discovery workshops with participants from end customers.
  • Translate the requirements into functional documents (BRD, FSD etc...)
  • Provide technical advisory and build technical solutions.
  • Create highlevel design documents & technical approach documents.
  • Review 3rd party API documentation such as swagger and provide recommendations for connectivity/integration.
  • Conducted data mapping exercise for 3rd party API integration and design payload.
  • Work closely with end customers to understand the existing trade operations workflow (possibly manual) and build a target state workflow after including integrations between our systems and customer's trade operation system such as Surecomp, Eximbills, Finastra, Oracle etc
  • Collaborate with the development team to build the feature or integration as per the client's requirement and provide technical assistance during the development phase.
  • Collaborate with the QA team in testing the product feature and the efficacy of the target integrated workflow.
  • Collaborate effectively with remote teams for the deliverables.
  • Manage End to End Responsibility of the deliverables.
  • Support the sales team on client pitches for technical support.
  • Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including presentations, demonstrations, and RFP responses related to technology.
  • Understand and communicate all product and technological strategies employed by competitive and complimentary organizations in the trade finance industry.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the architecture and infrastructure including the customers, the prospects, the partners, and the competitors.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer and partner satisfaction within your designated accounts.
