Key Responsibilities:

Room Cleaning:


  • Clean and tidy guest rooms, including bedrooms and bathrooms, in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Make beds, change linens, and replace towels as needed.
  • Dust, vacuum, and sweep floors in guest rooms.
  • Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free from dust and debris.

Restocking Supplies:


  • Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms, such as toiletries, towels, and stationery.
  • Replace used glassware, cups, and coffee/tea supplies.

Maintenance:


  • Report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure that all equipment and cleaning supplies are in good working condition.

Laundry:


  • Collect and transport laundry from guest rooms to the laundry room.
