At WS Audiology, Research & Development is about understanding people - and building awareness about how our hearing aids can change their lives.

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Hardware Development Engineer, to join our R&D team.

You will use your creativity in conceptualizing and pre-developing innovative ideas from scratch for our hearing aids till proof of concept.

The role:

Lead Engineer for complex ITE development:

Perform evaluation and quality verification on complex ITE Hearing Aids concept / structure with appropriate software tools and professional measurement setup
Implement new technologies or concepts into ITE design
Troubleshoot and optimize electrical or acoustic performance

Mentoring and Coaching:

Supervise and coach work of Engineer II and below

Product Maintenance Support:

Performs technical analysis related to process/design problems
Supervise support activities (Trial Runs, FA approval, etc.) for timely processing of ECO

Measurement equipment maintenance and calibration (e.g., audio analyser)

Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or any relevant field
Minimum 3+ years of relevant engineering experience with interest in audio / acoustic
