Investigating and resolving complex issues and inquiries

  • Managing incidents and problems, including system checks

Requirements:


  • Experience of 1 to 4 years only

Technical Skills:

  • SQL expertise, specifically in PL/SQL and Oracle
  • Familiarity with incident ticketing systems such as Jira
  • Proficiency in technologies including FIX, TCP/IP, TIBRV, MQSeries, Python, and Java
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with Scada as an alerting tool
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Splunk, and Dynatrace for dashboard purposes
  • Scripting abilities in Windows commands, JavaScript, Excel macros, and Python

Requirements:


  • Experience in clientfacing support and effective communication
  • Previous experience in frontoffice business support
  • Familiarity with endofday batch processes
  • Experience in incident and problem management
  • Interest in electronic trading markets and financial technologies

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of electronic trading business operations
  • Understanding of FX options
