Our client, an American home appliances brand who is one of the Fortune 500 Company is seeking for Sales Promoter.
PURPOSE:
Responsible for attracting new customers and improving sales. Act as a brand ambassador to promote our brand and products.
This person should always improve knowledge of the product range, answering questions and address customers' questions and recommend the right products.
Should always be on the ball and keeping a tab of the external competition and environment. Should be able to multitask and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
- Setting up and maintaining a brand concept area at the allocated stationary store or various ad hoc events.
- Keeping the demonstration area tidy and well stocked with products, samples, and/or literature.
- Demonstrating the features of a product or service to potential customers.
- Employing interactive materials such as videos, charts, or slideshows to share information about a product or service, when necessary.
- Answering any questions potential customers might have about a product or service.
- Recording transactions, stock levels and displays.
- Processing customers' payments, follow up the sales transactions from selling to delivery to installation.
- Generating reports that outline customers' interest levels, questions asked, number of products/samples/literature sold and/or distributed at various events.
- Staying up to date with product or service features.
- Keep tabs of competitors' new launch, price index, products and displays in stores.
- Work closely with the retail managers and account managers.
- Deliver weekly & monthly revenue business goals (Sellout)
- Conceptualize and build new programs / initiatives to increase sell out
Requirements:
- Min GCE 'N' Level graduates
- Proven working experience as a promoter in consumer electronics
- Excellent communication and observation skills
- Customeroriented approach, sharp customer service skills.
- Outgoing and friendly personality, comfortable in approaching customers in a retail settings
- Must be able to converse in English and one second language, any additional language will be a plus
- Able to work independently
Reports to:
Business Manager
Work Days:6 days per week. Monday to Sunday.
12 noon to 8pm or 1pm to 9pm. Off Day on approved weekday.
Start and end time may change from time to time.
Basic Salary:
- $1300 to $1800
Commission:
- $1000 to $2,500
Salary:
$1, $1,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Experience:
Retail Sales: 1 year (preferred)
