Description

Responsibilities:


  • Liaise closely with Manager, EHS to develop, implement, maintain and improve EHS Management Systems and safety culture at project level
  • Lead daily toolbox meeting, safety meetings, safety inspections, safety training and all other EHS initiatives or activities to maintain a high level of safety at worksite
  • Monitor and take disciplinary actions against unsafe acts/conditions on project site to comply with the Company Safety Management System and the WSHA and its subsidiary legislation
  • Responsible for accident reporting and investigations including near misses and any industrial disease cases at worksite
  • Identify environmental issues and recommend measures to rectify the irregularities

Job Requirements

  • Must be a registered ECO with the relevant authorities with at least 3 years' of relevant working experience in a construction firm
  • Other prerequisites are excellent team spirit, good interpersonal skills and a "cando" attitude
