The Insurance team is a relatively new team within Klook that manages our insurance products offered to customers across the region.

Having created a joint venture (JV) with ZA Tech, we are in an exciting phase of growing the insurance business and team exponentially.

What you will do:

Responsible for the research and development of Webrelated technologies of Klook product line. Including codebase refactoring, and code review.
Design and develop scalable, highquality code structures, according to the needs of business and products
Research, implement, and optimize new mobile technologies
Work closely with team members on product design, research, and development; to deploy and launch new products

What you will need:

5+ years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript and other Web frontend technologies
Familiar with page architecture and layout, have a deep understanding of web standards and label semantics. Proficiency in Vuejs, , and other frontend frameworks
Experience in
iOS or Android or Flutter development would be an added advantage
Familiar with UI design, backend operation, data storage, XML, HTTP, TCP/IP, SOCKET, and other protocols
Understanding web standards, proficiency in using Git workflow
Able to establish coding standards, and be proficient in various refactoring strategies
Experience in largescale Internet development or ecommerce products is preferred.
Comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds.
A champion of the team's key values collaborative and open to feedback, experimentative and ready to fail, customerfocused and always asking what is best for the customer.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin due to the need to work with teams in China
