Description

We are looking for a Clinic Assistant with experience in managing healthcare related administrative tasks to join our Operations Team in Singapore.

This role will report to Keith Ancheta, our Assistant Clinic Manager.

Who are you?

A keen eye for details, you are someone who have been performing administrative duties in an operational environment, preferably in a healthcare environment such as a clinic or hospital.

Due to family commitments you are also looking for shift work which can accommodate your schedule. You are fully vaccinated and are able to work onsite at our Medical HQ in Henderson.

What awaits you?

Liaising with internal stakeholders on patient and medication matters
Facilitating specialist referral appointment bookings
Handling phone queries
Registering walkin patients and providing assistance to doctors during inclinic consultations, such as measurement and recording of patients' vital signs
Assisting with overall clinic operations
