Description
Responsible for 1st/2nd level troubleshooting in Operating system Managing and updating Windows patches for Desktops, Laptops & Network connectivity.- Maintain the patch management and software distribution tools to ensure end devices are up to date with security fixes and patches
- Installation, support and troubleshooting of software, hardware, and peripheral device
- Assist for basic IT security such as whitelisting software, antivirus software and definition files, desktop firewall rules and data encryption are in place
Job Types:
