Description

  • Responsibilities
  • Person In-Charge of overseeing the daily operations for one of the Suntec Office Tower. You are the representative of the senior management of City and are responsible for all operations during your working hours;
  • Attend to feedback and manage relation of occupants. Monitor and analyze customer feedback/data and where applicable, act upon guest comments;
  • Investigate and follow up with appropriate methodology and effective defect rectification works;
  • Attend and manage fittingout works to ensure house rules, authorities' requirement and prescribed safety standards are complied. Liaise and coordinate with contractors / vendors to ensure that their works/service delivery are completed on time and as per contract requirements and agreed KPIs;
  • Ensure all team members are productive, motivated and able to provide prompt and efficient services to clients and occupants;
  • Well verse, review, update and implement the company's contingency plans such as Business Continuity Plans, Business Recovery Plans
  • Carry out quality control measures via systematic checks, inspections, periodic reviews, and audits to ensure security SOPs and systems comply.
  • Implements and review procedures to ensure that the policies and guidelines comply according to SOPs.
  • Plan; manage and coordinate events by working with internal/external department like MARCOM/event organizers and 3rd party vendors to ensure that fire safety requirements, inspections contained in the Fire Safety Acts and its regulations are in compliance.
  • Budgeting, monitoring, and review department's financial performance.
Experience

  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in office tenancy industry required for this position.
  • Conversant in the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act will be an added advantage.
  • Current and working knowledge (proof of valid qualifications required) of fire, safety, and first aid
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent personal presentation
