Retail Supervisor

Luxury Swiss Chocolate

Basic Salary up to $2500 (depends on experience)

5 days/ week/ 44hrs/week

Location:
Central Area

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the daily store operations
Manage the shop sales performance and achieve monthly sales target
Stock management and inventory
Ensure Visual merchandising is attractive and presentable
Manage compliance with Food and Beverage hygiene policies and procedures
Training of new staff
Other duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

Minimum ITE / Diploma / Degree in Retail Management or Business Administration
Pref with at least 3 years' experience working as a retail associate
Prior experience in a supervisory role would be an advantage
