Job description:


  • Meeting the Sales Goals, Target, Negotiation, and Selling to Customer Needs
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects for Retail business.
  • Achieve sales target, product mix, and meet KPI
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships
  • Developing and executing direct sales strategies to increase the rate of sale of brands and SKUs, especially for Supermarkets and Mini markets
  • Spearhead sales expansion, introduce new products or services to clients and
- organize visits to current and potential clients

  • Submit sales plans and prepare a counter plan to reach nominated targets
  • Ensuring timely collection of account receivable
  • Manage all team members including merchandisers and promoters to achieve sales target
  • To be responsible for transportation arrangements to make sure goods are placed on the shelf on time nicely

What we are looking for:


  • At least 3 years of experience in retail sales of food products.
  • Able to establish and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
  • Work experience in a startup is highly preferred.
  • Possess high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, and Word)
