You will play a crucial role in helping our teams excel in delivering innovative solutions that align with our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams, facilitating all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Empower and guide the team to selforganization and crossfunctionality, helping them achieve their commitments and deliver highquality results.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the backlog, ensuring that the team's work aligns with business priorities.
Identify and remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Use datadriven insights and metrics to monitor team performance and identify areas for optimization.
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices, promoting a shared understanding of Agile values.
Foster a collaborative and transparent environment that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master, leading Agile teams in the successful delivery of software projects.
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
Ability to adapt and tailor Agile practices to fit the unique needs of the team and organization.
Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar software.
Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on the latest Agile trends and practices.
