Our client is an established company specialising in FMCG Industry.

They are expanding and growing at a fast pace and now looking to hire a Sales Manager to support the growth.

They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve business growth targets for the Singapore market.
Foster and maintain longterm customer relationships to support sales targets and profitability.
Develop annual sales plans, budgets, and forecasts for assigned channels, and create action plans to achieve business objectives.
Utilize sales analysis, market intelligence, and promotional effectiveness to generate insights and refine strategies.
Expand sales and distribution channels in alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with retailers, negotiate trading terms, and review promotion schedules.
Regularly review and improve policies, processes, and develop strategic plans.
Prepare comprehensive management reports.

Requirement:

At least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, or equivalent software.
