As part of the Customer Service Team, the Logistics Executive is responsible for ensuring a smooth logistics workflow for our customers and is expected to be proactive and meticulous in coordination and documentation.

Main Responsibilities:

Drive a "customer first" initiative: communicate excellent customer service standards through timely and appropriate support and achieve internal and customer KPI requirements
Support in the supervision of Warehouse Management System to manage the integrity of operations and data accuracy for order management, warehouse audit and stocktake
Coordinate with customers, peers, and vendors to ensure smooth flow in daily operations and transport bookings
Perform inventory management for onsite warehouse operations through the ontime update of accurate data
Perform invoicing processes and ensure efficiency and accuracy of the accounts receivables and accounts payables
Manage and maintain the accuracy of inventory records for onsite warehouse operations
Ensure standard operating procedures as set by the company and outlined using ISO certification guidelines are followed
