Job description 1We have an exciting opportunity for an experience P2P Executive to join our team for a 6 month contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure overall P2P processing complies with SOX, company policies and audit requirement.
Ensure invoices & payment processing including employee expense reimbursement are accurately and timely processed in the relevant accounting period
Ensure all new vendors are promptly and accurately created
Handles P2P enquiries, as well as liaise with Local Country Finance, Operational and relevant teams to resolve P2P processing and payment issues
Proactively engage in continuous improvement initiatives for the P2P function\\

Education & Professional Experience

Diploma / Degree with at least 23 years of experience in P2P process
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Working knowledge of SAP & Concur preferred
Proficient in the use of Windows environment, including Word, Excel and Power Point
Effective communication skills in English and Chinese are essential & command of Bahasa will be preferred
