Logistic Executive - Queenstown, Singapore - One Vogue Pte Ltd
Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform preparation and submission of purchase contracts, sales contracts, proforma invoices etc to suppliers and customers.
- To coordinate with oversea vendor/customer, freight forwarders, carriers & 3rd party logistics.
- Monitor shipment ETA, booking and confirmation on direct shipments.
- Prepare shipping documents for import and export process flow.
- Ensure proper documentation such as invoicing, work orders and shipping orders.
- Monitor and follow up with suppliers / customers to ensure on time and accurate shipping documents submission.
- Manage products from export and import.
- Attend to problems and coordinate with suppliers / carriers on damages
- Assist with training of new employees on import shipments.
