MAIN PURPOSE
To support Regional E-commerce campaigns and projects
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enjoys online shopping
- Support regional ecommerce campaigns from idea generation, working with brand teams and local markets all the way to evaluating performance.
- Be involved in the planning and execution of regional projects such as Digital Hub content update, setting up regional benchmarks, competitor studies etc.
- Build and execute data analytics to help establish regional eCom strategy and achieve eCom objectives.
- Compile best practices playbooks on eCom and conduct knowledge sharing sessions with local teams.
- Take lead of competitor watch to conduct campaign learnings and insights to share with teams.
- Maintain monthly ecommerce performance report and other adhoc reporting requests
REQUIREMENTS
- Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Data analysis skill
- Problem solver
- Proactive attitude and willing to learn
