Description

Role, Responsibility & Accountability:

Interacting with customers and internal on new project development. Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned project.
Support and lead optimization projects
Responsibilities include the planning, coordination, communication and execution of optimization projects related to Medical Devices production.
Support and Lead the sharing and implementation of best practices within the group.
Provide technical, supervisory direction to develop new guidelines and procedures for Scale Up of newly developed product and Technology Transfers.
Responsible for the development of new technologies to reduce process cycle time and improve quality
Motivate team to achieve Key Performance Indices (KPI) set by management
Carry out Medical Devices process validation such as IQ, OQ and PQ.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Education:Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering or equivalent

Years of Experience:Minimum 2 years in Manufacturing environment.

Strong leadership, program / process management, analytical, & communication skills.
Ability to lead, coach and inspire a team independently.
Manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
Experience with total cost of ownership reduction and process improvement.
Ability to produce a high quantity and quality of work with little supervision.
Possess or have knowledge in ISO 9001 and ISO 1348
Able to work independently.
Able to start work immediately.
