Responsibilities
Cleaning Operations

Manage inventory purchase, stock take and delivery of cleaning supplies to work sites
To ensure smooth daily operations at work sites
Assist in deployment of manpower and cover manpower shortage if needed
To conduct inspection on service delivery standard, report discrepancies, fault at work sites, and ensure punctuality of workers
Work with service buyers to improve operations at work sites

Training and Job Coaching

Conduct training of cleaning requirements and use of automated cleaning machines
Provide job coaching to cleaning workforce comprising of Persons with Disabilities and Senior Workers
