The Position

The Mac Retail Specialist / Senior Mac Retail Specialist will be an advocate of an entire range of Apple products and in-house accessories.

Being a technology enthusiast, you will most probably enjoy our product training whereby new features and innovations are being taught to you.

We will provide great opportunities for self-improvement like imparting sales techniques, customer service skills and hands on experiences with new products.

As a customer-orientated person, you can display positive traits like being friendly, jovial, confidence, and trustworthiness. You will be guided by Seniors and Managers to become comprehensive in your knowledge of the store products.

Soon you would have no difficulties in acquiring an affinity with customers due to the level of human touch you display.

We expect you to become a one-stop solution for our customer.

Responsibilities:

Introducing and selling of Apple and 3rd party products to customers
Provide basic product troubleshooting and advice to customers
Providing excellent service to our customers
Maintaining adequate inventory in store
Ensure overall cleanliness of store and storeroom

Job Requirements:

Minimum GCE O/N levels, preferably with 1 year of I.T. sales experience
Applicants with no prior sales experience are also welcomed as training will be provided
Possess knowledge of Apple products/software or related I.T. products
Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and confident personality
Team player
Customer focused mindset
