RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the daily operations of the IT project to ensure it is running smoothly and meeting operational goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project team members, vendors, and clients
  • Manage the budget and resources for the IT project, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure that the IT project is meeting quality and compliance standards
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans to ensure the project stays on track
  • Ensure that the project team is working effectively and efficiently, and that all team members are meeting their performance targets
  • Report on project progress and performance to senior management and stakeholders
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the IT project maintenance and support, and identify areas for improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering/ or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of handson experience in in managing and supporting IT projects with a focus on maintenance and operation support
  • Experience with Government projects is added advantage
  • Experience in ITIL Framework and Incident Management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation
  • Strong knowledge of IT industry standards and best practices
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodologies
