Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Manage the financial operations of the Singapore company and its subsidiaries, ensuring efficient and compliant financial performance.
Oversee the accounting processes, including accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions, financial statement preparation, and managing accounts and ledgers.
Manage cost control and budgeting, ensuring budget execution and implementing necessary corrective actions.
Conduct financial analysis, provide key financial indicators and reports to support strategic decisionmaking by management.
Manage cash flow, including cash flow forecasting, bank relationship management, and fund optimization.
Coordinate financial reporting and collaboration with China and other Asia-Pacific regional branches, ensuring financial consistency and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and tax requirements, and effectively collaborate with auditors, tax authorities, and relevant regulatory bodies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other relevant qualifications would be preferred.
At least 8 years of relevant work experience in financial management, including experience in managing teams.
Strong knowledge of accounting and finance, familiar with Singapore's financial regulations and standards.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret and forecast financial data accurately.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at different levels.
Proficiency in financial management software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
Experience working in multinational companies or crosscultural environments would be an advantage.
Proactive, detailoriented, and resultsdriven work attitude.
