We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Management Trainee in our Workplace Safety and Health Consultancy company.

As a Management Trainee, you will gain valuable exposure and hands-on experience in various aspects of our business, including occupational hygiene consultancy, ergonomics consultancy, workplace safety and health consultancy, and training.

Responsibilities:

Learn and assist in providing occupational hygiene consultancy services, including conducting workplace assessments, monitoring and evaluating exposure to hazardous substances, and recommending control measures.
Support the ergonomics consultancy team in evaluating workspaces, conducting ergonomic assessments, and providing recommendations to improve ergonomic conditions.
Assist in workplace safety and health consultancy activities, such as identifying potential hazards, conducting risk assessments, developing safety procedures, and assisting in the implementation of safety management systems.
Assist experienced professionals in delivering workplace safety and health training programs, including preparing training materials, and assessing training effectiveness etc.
Participate in client meetings, site visits, and project discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of our consultancy services and client requirements.
Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations for clients, highlighting findings, recommendations, and solutions based on consultancy projects.
Stay updated with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in workplace safety and health to ensure compliance and provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in workplace safety and health, with a desire to develop a career in this field.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations and provide practical solutions.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work under supervision to develop professional skills.
Prior experience or certifications in occupational hygiene, ergonomics, or workplace safety and health will be a plus.
