Marketing Operations Manager


RESPONSIBILITIES


You will be responsible for driving the strategy, configuration and management of our Salesforce CRM system to optimize our sales, marketing and customer support processes.



RESPONSIBILITIES
:


  • Work with the various sales leadership teams in developing, optimising, maintaining, and executing the sales operation process and strategy roadmap to drive engagement and revenue growth.
  • Work with the Marketing team to focus on metrics towards performancebased targets, including open rates, click rates, conversion rates and ROI.
  • Update, research and validate data for marketing campaigns and sales pipelines.
  • Deliver regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards and analysis for sales, marketing and senior leadership, alongside actionable business insights.
  • Be the first point of contact and project manager of our Salesforce managed service agency.
  • Communicate the data strategy and technical operations to other teams and where necessary formally present at internal and external meetings.
  • Oversight of PDPA compliance
  • Own and champion best practice data management, maintenance and quality assurance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Marketing, or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 35 years experience in Salesforce CRM data integration.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification or experience administering a large Salesforce implementation.
  • Ability to understand the business and sales processes in managing opportunities, leads, quotations and campaigns.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce automation tools including Process Builder and Lightning Flow.
  • Expert knowledge of PowerBI and possessing strong data analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills comfortable translating a nontechnical brief into technical requirements, equally comfortable explaining technical information to nontechnical audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, agile environment.
  • PDPA practitioner.
  • Additional desirable skills would be knowledge of SQL, Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Pardot and other digital marketing automation tools.
