As a Legal Intern at Love, Bonito, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of both local and international legal initiatives. Working very closely with our Legal Counsel, you will have the opportunity to deep dive into legal matters and gain deep insights of the ins and outs of a legal function in a fast-growing retail company. You will also have first hand experience collaborating with and managing stakeholders of all levels and across all markets. We promise it will be an exciting, challenging and hands-on experience
Main Responsibilities:
Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating legal and regulatory documents and agreements
Supporting legal projects and initiatives including those relating to data protection, intellectual property, sustainability and compliance across all LB markets (Singapore/ Hong Kong/ Malaysia/ USA / Philippines)
Providing research support on relevant legal issues
Providing administrative support to the legal team including contract and document management
Maintaining the legal repository
