I am 53 years old and have been in the IT industry since 2008.

I love to do outdoor sports like running, swimming, and brisk walking.

Currently, I am taking certification in Azure certifications courses to help me grow in the industry.

For a period of (12 years), I used to work as an IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, and as an IT Engineer. I am an expert in addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking; walking customers through installing applications and computer peripherals; directing unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel; helping create technical documentation and manuals; testing alternative pathways until you resolve an issue.

I hope my resume goes into more detail about my daily job duties and achievements for the last five years. I have the ability to perform the major responsibilities and train others that how to perform this role effectively.
