Myself have a mindset that observe what can always be done quicker and faster. I prefer to have analysis in what i do and investigate the best work output for the projects that i put up with.

I am a team player and also able to work as an individual in terms of analysis. Coordination skill is my main strength and i love to valuate and count do calculation on money.

I always support digitalizing and work on the appropriately.   

1. Prepare and submit payment applications, follow-up applications to ensure promote
2. certificate and payment and ensure final accounts are submitted in a timely manner. 
3. Prepare Work Orders for sub-contractors to produce work and prepare monthly 
4. Prepare contractual correspondence with Project Manager, submit claims notices in accordance with contractual timetable.
5. Assessment contractors on its capabilities to ensure that work done will be according to Project Managers timeline.
6. Assist S.O Tender evaluation under PSSCOC
7. Cost Estimation for VO
8. Assist Project Manager for cost projection
9. Cashflow Projection
10. Asses and assist EOT for Superintending Officer
11.  Advise project engineer on Value Engineering. 
12.  Manage department Cashflow
13. Administrative work of department
14. Respond to sub-consultant payment
