I have more than a decade of experience working in customer service. I have worked in hospitality, telecommunications and networking company where assist users to coordinate, manage, analyze issues. Investigate and resolve customer enquiries and feedback. Follow up and remain up to date on the latest information and provide accurate information promptly to stakeholders internally and externally. 

I graduated in Diploma in hotel management in SHATEC. It makes me understand and gained understand on the people-oriented and communications skills.
