I have worked as a CleanTech Consultant & Communications Specialist at DWR eco GmbH. I analyzed market trends and industry insights for renewable energy and collaborated with cross-functional teams to create effective messaging and communication strategies for Cleantech start-ups. I have also created and executed client communication strategies, resulting in increased media coverage and brand image improvement.

Previously, I worked as a Marketing Specialist at Rivit Technology Partners. I evaluated strategies to create engaging materials and developed and executed comprehensive marketing plans resulting in increased brand awareness and website traffic. I also supported and drove business development activities through research, budgets, stakeholder management, and facilitating workshops and events.

Before that, I worked in E-commerce Fulfilment at Canadian Tire Corporation. I utilized data-driven insights to optimize packaging and supply chain management and implemented upgrades to the tracking system to increase overall customer satisfaction. I also managed the CRM database, leading to a 30% increase in email engagement.

In addition, I worked as a Workplace Engagement Officer at United Way, where I helped increase staff and student involvement by 35%, surpassed the campaign goal through spearheaded community engagement and social strategies and designed and completed reporting and monitoring of donations and activities. 

I am finalizing an MSc in Transition, Innovation and Sustainability Environments at University College Dublin, where I was awarded an Erasmus Mundas Joint Masters Scholarship. The program aims to design transformations for sustainable and resilient business, financial, and industry processes/structures. It covers courses such as Systems Science, Ethics & Info Systems, Technology in Transition, and Economics in Transition. The multicultural program has 27 multidisciplinary students from 23 nationalities working together. I have had the opportunity to study at four different universities, including UNL in Portugal, UCD in Ireland, PUEB in Poland, and DUK in Austria.

Before this, I completed a BComm in Marketing and Management at the University of Guelph, gaining a solid foundation in incorporating sustainability principles into marketing strategies. The coursework included green product development, ethical sourcing, and corporate social responsibility. Through hands-on projects and experiential learning opportunities, I developed practical skills that prepared me for a career that values sustainability and social responsibility.
