• Ensuring smooth loading and preventing container shut out by monitoring booking status before and after vessel departure
• Attend to various customer’s enquires and requests relating to their booking request and action accordingly with the necessary documentation
• Provide customers with vessel details and vessel schedule and keep customers informed of any issues or changes in the voyage.
• Handling operational requests (re-export, return cargo, Diversion, Service recoveries, change of Operator code and Portnet releases)
• Coordinate operational transaction and stowage requirements (DG, OOG, Reefer etc)
• Meet all turnaround time to ensure high customer satisfactory level
• Pre-empting and highlighting potential issues & ensure appropriate/timely communication to all stakeholders
• Prepare vessel schedule to monitor changes, booking roll over and misconnection.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of services as well as legislation and maritime regulations of different port.
• Liaise with Head Office / Regional Office / Sales regarding customer issues
