Hi! I am a Final-Year Undergraduate at the National University of Singapore, pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours in Real Estate. I have a keen interest in the areas of research and consultancy, as I derive joy from collating data and connecting with new people! 

1. Boustead Projects Limited, Asset Property Management Intern                                

• Collated comprehensive market rental information on industrial properties for the Asset Management Team, which led to the sale and purchase of these properties.
• Created Powerpoint decks comprising of relevant research data to analyse the trend in similar properties, assisting the Fund Management Team in their sales pitch to potential investors.
• Acquired knowledge on devising a rent roll and performing suitable rental calculations as a benchmark for the Asset Management and Leasing Teams. 

2. CBRE, Capital Markets Intern                                                                                         

• Conducted thorough market research through extensive data collection on commercial properties, particularly for that of shophouses, for the Capital Markets Team, to facilitate the divestment of these properties.
• Prepared marketing slide decks for the Capital Markets Team and went along with the brokers to their client meetings and site visits. 
• Acquired useful knowledge on creating property factsheets, updating sale track records in the company’s database, and facilitating important business meetings.
