• Schedule workflow and responsible for MDW (Multi Disc Writer) conversion activities, the new program equipment conversion, testing and implementation.
• Adhere conversion timelines to meet production demand/target.
• Responsible for maximizing program yield, machine uptime, and efficiency improvement through root cause analysis, machine reliability studies and implementation of corrective actions. 
• Establish and maintain productive working relationship with production, Store & Lab, IE, Planning, Equipment and HSA teams.
• Promote Kaizen Culture and teamwork for continuous improvement, demonstrated effective communication skills to improve collaboration among MDW team.
• Execute Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC, Makigami, SMED, Poka-yoke, 7 wastes, 6S) strategies for process and equipment failure improvement, costs reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Liaise with vendors and arrange for their cleanroom certificates, workflow schedules.
• Involved in Executive Gemba walk to engage with employees and to gain deeper understanding of the employee needs.
• Involved in EHS internal audit – ISO45001 & ISO14001.

Achievements: -

• Received excellent feedback in relating conversion planning and good working attitude from MDW team. 
• 15% Cross site cost reduction and 30% Conversion setup time reduction.
