Angela Ng

I am a rare breed of academic who has 20 years of corporate experience in the APAC’s Media and Marketing industry, 10 years of Senior Leadership and Management experiences and 7 years of experience as an educator for undergrads, postgrads and adults leaners.

I am a behavioural scientist, that specialises in emotion driven behaviour. My research informs design innovations that change behaviours effectively and helps organization to develop developmental and wellbeing strategies. 

In 2019, I spoke at TedX Singapore on the topic of ‘Design Think Your Happiness” and published a picture book, “What Colours Are Your Feeling?”. At Singapore Design Week 2022, I showcased “Emotional Baggage Boardgame”. This boardgame is now adopted by various organizations to engage employees in empathetic conversations change management, conflict management, culture, performance and collaborations etc challenges. 

My professional experience can be summarized in 2 phases. The first phase as a Senior Management Leader in Corporate MNC, and the second phase (now), as an Educator.
