I am full of ideas and like to try new things. Challenges are a form of adventure to me that allows me to become better and learn new things. I am always trying to improve my product developmental, communication, and observational skills to improve my work competency. I am passionate about eating!

I have interned with KFC Asia Pte Ltd which allowed me to communicate and work with many suppliers. I also created 7 new dishes independently which was well praised and recognised by the leadership team. Other than product development, I take part in checking for quality consistency in food products from suppliers. I also compile competitor and trend analyses neatly in Powerpoint slides.

I recently graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic with a diploma in Food science and nutrition. I learn many things such as basic nutrition knowledge, conducting product development projects, basic laboratory skills, conducting experiments, and science reactions in food.
