Experience

1) Tendering Bid Responsibilities  
             -To study ITB, project and design base on tender specification and scope of work.  
             - Taking BOM/MOT for piping and valves. 
             - Raise RFQ to vendor for quotation, technical document and spec compliance.  
             - Evaluate quotations from vendors & suppliers. Review and clarify vendor document, spec  
               compliance and scope of work  based on tender requirement and code & standard.  
             - Prepare price & technical comparison sheet for piping and valves for vendor selection.  
             - Prepare schedule of technical data for tender submission.  
             - Prepare technical documents for tender submission.  
             - Prepare tender bill for submission.  
2) Process & Engineering Responsibilities  
             - Line sizing (Sizing of pipe) based on API 14E.  
             - Pipe wall thickness calculation based on ASME B31.1, 31.3, 31.8.  
             - Pipe fitting design calculation based on AWWA C208-1.                  -Pipe span calculation based on process condition.  
             - Reinforcement plate design selection and calculation based on AWWA M11.  
            -  Prepare valve & equipment datasheets for submission.  
            - Prepare for piping schedule based on P&ID, project spec and catalogue.  
            - prepare for valve schedule based on P&ID, project spec and catalogue.  
            - Pipe material and schedule selection base on ASME Code and project specification.  
            - Prepare scope of work for supplier and installer.  
            - Prepare QEF for vendor selection.  
            - Prepare and provide necessary documents to QS for LOA.  
            - Technical clarification to vendor/supplier.  
            - Raised MRF/SRF for project construction.  
            - Review, comment and approve to vendor drawings, data sheet and documents.  
            - Review  equipment  material  test  certificate,  calculation  and  report  ensure  compliance  to  
              project specification.  
            - Manage RFI for client and subcontract.  
            - Conduct review meetings with other disciplines, client and external consultants.  
            - Review  and  verify  all  documents  relevant  for  correct  design  are  checked  and  document.  
              submission to consultant. Revised, response and resubmit base on consultant comment for  
              approval and construction.  
            - Maintain the design and drawing approval schedule.  
            - Ensure all design documents are revised according to the requirement.  
            - Provide technical support to project team.  
            - Review and report engineering progress to Engineering manager.  
3) Detail Engineering Responsibilities  
            - Manage and supervise for Design and  generates new conceptual ideas to BIM team for  
              detail engineering design.  
            - Manage and supervise to BIM team for 3D modelling and 2D detail engineering design.  
            - Provide mark-up  detail  design  to BIM  team  to  produce  the  following  drawing  for  detail  
              engineering submission.   
                      a) Piping isometric drawing.  
                      b) Pipe support detail design drawing.  
                      c) Detail and fabrication drawing for platform and pipe rack.  
                      d) Cast-in pipe deatil design drawing.  
                      e) Pipe connection detail design drawing.  
                       f) Layout plan/plot plan/site plan and section detail drawing.  
                      g) GA, general arrangement drawing.    
                       i) Wall/Floor opening drawing. 
                       j) Loading plan drawing base on stress analysis report.  
                      k) Develop P&ID and PFD drawing. 
             - 3D Modelling design check and review using with Bentley View V8i, Navisworks and  
               CADWorx design review.  
             -Supervise  and  guideline  BIM  team  to  produce  detail  engineering  drawing  based  on  
              document submission schedule.  
             - Review,  check  and  comment  to BIM  team  for  detail  engineering  drawing  before offician  
               submission to the consultant.  
            - Detail engineering submission to consultant for approval. Manage and supervise BIM team                   to revise the drawing based on consultant comment and resubmit for approval.   
             - Issue approved detail engineering drawing for construction.  
             - Supervise and guideline BIM team to revise 3D model and 2D detail engineering drawing  
               based on actual site installation requiewmwnt.  
             - Manage and supervise to BIM team forAs-built drawings.  
4) Pipe Stress Analysis_CAESAT II 5.30   
             - Pipe stress analysis of stress, force, vibration and loading data for support, pipe rack and  
               vessel nozzles using with CAESAR II 5.30.  
             - Vessel nozzle load checked based on a maximum nozzle load of stress analysis report using  
              with CAESAR II 5.30.  
             -Performed evaluation of nozzle loads or vessel stress utilizing WRC 107/297 capability of  
              the Caesar II program.
