Freelance Audio Mixing (December-2015 to Present) 

• Edit Audio that record from any studio and mixing with mainly on Protools(DAW).
• Tune Vocal by Melodyne Software.
• Align Drums by auto align software(Sound Radix).
• Make good equalization, cleaning to Acoustic Recording Tracks and Solid Guitars.
• In Church Audio Crew, set up church sound system and responsible for live broadcasting engineer.

Sound Engineer and Administrator (2007-Feb to 2015-Nov) -Promise Land Sound Studio – Yangon, Myanmar

• Recording with Protools, Cubase, Nuendo, Studio One for customers those who make recording.
• Set up and tune audio equipment by dynamic and equalizer. 
• Involve in the business side of the operations, making sure keep existing clients satisfied and attract new business to the recording studio.
• Responsible for booking acts to record at the studio, scheduling engineers, marketing the studio, and budgetary accounting. Train engineers to have qualified personality.
• Also act as the liaison between engineers and clients, ensuring client satisfaction and handling all financial transactions with clients.
• Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations. Review office equipment everyday and take meeting minutes.
• Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
• Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking by Excel for Dashboard link with Power Point.
• Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
• Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
• Performing other relevant duties when needed assigned by Boss.

• Studio is received around 200 album series (All diverse groups).
• Transformed by analog system to digital system (computerized-system)
• Received by data quality by nice tracking excel sheet to dashboard and power point.
• Studio is recognized by government license.
