I am writing to express my interest in the position of Project Management Lead–Manufacturing/Factory Automation being open in your organization. From my education and up-to-date experience, I believe that my qualifications are based on a combination of Project management, Manufacturing,New product development and the adoption of advanced manufacturing techniques to bring more value addition. According to me, one of the most important aspects of the project work is working out a solution, as a group, to a problem that is often complex, making it difficult to foresee the results. 

As a part of my job, I had gone through rigorous training in India/South Korea for enhancing my professional skills with company support. Good personal as well as a professional understanding of MNC corporate culture.

Apart from that, I do have skills in Industrial robotics programming and automation system design  and hands-on experience in Manufacturing Engineering,Automotive Paint Process, Robotic process automation(RPA), PLC’s, MES, . Internet of things, which is my target concept and tries to reap benefits from the shop floor equipment. 

From the past/present experience, I have acquired persuasive techniques that are needed for the recent technology in the industry. My leadership skills are developed and have allowed me to spontaneously interact with ethnically diverse populations of different backgrounds, cultures, and all age groups. I am an inspirer and an organizer, and these skills have enabled me to effectively defuse problematic situations. Teamwork is another skill I have acquired and one I know is necessary for Organizational cohesiveness.
