I have worked as channel marketing manager as mid senior hierarchy over TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE CORPORATION LIMITED in developing and executing strategies to create and implement channel programs ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals. I have proven track of leads in optimizing channel in analyzing data, tracking sales rate, and assessing profitability and establishing improvements in areas of general insurance needed for the firm. I have mapped around 50+ agent recruitment for the growth of the agency channel of general insurance vertical for the firm.  My proven tracks also include managing claims for the customers where I worked closely to provide customer throughout the claims process and timelines which includes documenting all relevant information in the electronic management system accurately and   comprehensively. In plus I have contributed continuous improvement initiatives in business processing governance for the agency channel through franchising setup.
