Experience

  • Provide secretarial support to Head of Asia Sales and Managing Director.
  • Execute various administrative tasks, including travel managements (Domestic and international), visa application, scheduling, submission of expense reports and other correspondence for management team. 
  • Follow attainable project timelines and keep teams on task to complete milestones according to schedule.
  • Coordinate events, including Asia sales meeting, townhall meeting, workshop and seminar.
  • Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time and office.
  • Prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the MD, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. To determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the MD and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with management staff.
  • Prepare doc for meeting use included PowerPoint presentation, generate sales report in excel pivot table and taking minutes
  • Organizing paperwork and documentation
  • Handle and compiling email correspondences, presentation, materials, proposals, report and minutes.
  • Prepare Corporate announcements and publishing the corporate newsletter.
  • Create content for seminar and marketing purpose
