ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attend meetings with customers to get clear understanding about their requirements & process and take overview of the existing layout and space available for the Machine to be installed, after the sales person makes an appointment.

Design a glance over proposal for the project or a prototype design of machine using 3D Cad modeling & Simulation (SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor).

Make a presentation to the customer using Cad Simulation, PowerPoint, Pdf… about and review for additional accessories for operator flexibility and safety.

Doing Cost estimation, Lead time estimation, Delivery Planning and getting literal approval from customers with our Sales person.

Design and develop machines with all specified working mechanisms and safety features.

Convert 3D model into 2D drawing with GD & T considering Precision, flexible manufacturing, Cost, availability by proper ISO documentation.

Control fabrication - segregating fabrication process (Machining, Sheet metal, Material Purchase, Treatment) and making PR to purchase standard parts & fabricated parts.

QA/QC check over the fabricated parts for flexible machine assembly.

Generating Assembly drawing and E-Drawing for Assembly process and doing hands-on mechanical assembly work & assisting electrical wiring

Doing Test Run, Planning Delivery, Supporting Installation & demonstrating to the Customer operators.
