I am passionate about #techforpublicgood, and I love figuring out how to create experiences that are engaging, intuitive and enjoyable for users. • Improved visitor experience of Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) travellers by uncovering and prioritizing user journey pain points through conducting monthly social listening.
• Worked with UI/UX designers to conduct primary and secondary research for UX projects.
• Designed a new logo, intranet homepage and brand guide to support the conversion of the Visitor Experience Strategy Division into the User Experience Centre of Excellence.
• Created infographics and EDMs to share latest UX trends and methods with over 1000 STBians.
