Act as a servant leader, I am venturing into Product Manager roles at the intersection of Agile Delivery, Low-Code/No-Code Platforms (OutSystems|Mendix|Microsoft Power Platform/Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations), and Digital Transformation; bringing new directions to organizational project practices for tangible and intangible benefits.

I am a keen follower of Don Norman’s user-centric design, and an advocate of Eric Ries’ lean approach to validated MVP/prototype product development, whose core purpose is to mitigate risk and create opportunities.

Over the years, I witnessed how software development has evolved—from traditional Waterfall models to Agile and Lean methodologies built on collaboration and adaptability.

I’ve seen firsthand how ERP system teams, once structured with large development, testing, gatekeeping, and project management functions, have transformed into close-knit, cross-functional collaborations, shifting towards a systematic, validated approach centered on discovery, change management, and value-driven outcomes.

I wish I could bring these experiences into the next wave of change—AI era—as a Product Manager.

Product Discovery
Dual-track framework – development TRACK on low-code platform using Agile delivery (LeSS); establishing discovery TRACK, iterative over each Sprint/Time Box, scale across over multiple teams (SAFe).

Product & Transformation Leadership
Collaboration of various team, output into artefact i.e. Ecosystem Mapping, Journey Mapping, sequence diagram and BPM diagram.

Business Acumen & Agile Approach
Business analysis skill, couple with Joint Application Development (JAD) in Agile, delivering digitalization initiatives that help organizations reshape future roadmaps.

Backlog & Agile Methodology
Iterations (again) in backlog grooming, ensuring product backlog relevance, prioritization and acceptance criteria alignment. Always looking at resolving impediments, boosting velocity and bringing insights across various teams in Agile adoption over the Requirements Gathering, Process Flow Diagrams, Mock-ups, Wireframing, Epic Creation, User Stories (JIRA) and Agile|Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Retrospective, Product Demo).
