Legal Innovation Advisor at Clifford Chance

I worked in Create+65, Clifford Chance's first & only global innovation lab, supporting the Firm's innovation mission through research and development of new opportunities for the Innovation & Best Delivery Hub in APAC and Global R&D team, including the rollout of new technologies and programmes, working on digital transformation projects across both legal and business professional teams.

I led Design Thinking workshops for lawyers and business professionals, playing a key role in designing and teaching various modules to empower colleagues to think differently, assisting them to transform processes with the use of technology. I managed all innovation projects within Create+65 from end to end, several of which included partnering and collaborating with key industry players to contribute to the ecosystem. I managed all marketing communications efforts for the Lab, including running the Firm's first Innovation Podcast Series titled 'LabChat', organised & participated in Design Hackathons and client roundtables, speaking with lawyers to understand pain points, identify problem statements and design solutions.

Marketing & Communications Executive at WongPartnership LLP

I led the marketing team in building up the Firm's online credentials database and running the Department's smart documentation projects which leveraged on legal technology to improve workflows and processes, for example, utilising Contract Express to auto- generate Capabilities Statements/RFPs/Pitches and Legal Directories Submissions from existing databases. I mapped out JTBD and user flows for each project, managed timelines and stakeholders' expectations.

I also put together the annual Submissions for Legal Directories & Awards, Capability Statements/Pitches, Practice Brochures and other related Marketing Collaterals for events, legal authorships, client sponsorships and more across all Practice Groups.

Business Development & Marketing Coordinator at Dentons Rodyk & Davidson LLP

I collaborated closely with teammates across different job functions including Business Development, Marketing and Communications, working on a variety of tasks within the Firm's Marketing Department such as re-designing and updating content for Practice Brochures across all Practice Groups, putting together Submissions for Legal Directories and Capability Statements/Proposals/Pitches, assessing client sponsorships and running virtual webinars and physical events. I led the Firm's Database Integration project with Dentons Global and was in charged of planning Corporate & Festive gifts for clients, working closely with the Head of Marketing on our Department's annual budget planning.

I also led the Firm's CSR team, running events with the Food Bank Singapore and TOUCH Community Services for colleagues firm-wide to engage in meaningful activities and give back to our society.

Content Design Manager at WOWABOUTS

(Jan 2018 - June 2019)

I managed a team of avid travel writers to put together visual & editorial content for wowabouts.com, building the website from scratch including designing content layout, information architecture and user interface by utilising key methodologies of UX Design. I was also in charged of both digital marketing & business development aspects for the start-up, working closely with the Founders since the beginning of their business idea. While they have chosen to discontinue the business operations, the website is still available online with over 7,500 places of interests across 70+ countries to be churned out by simply using our comprehensive 'Activities' and/or 'Attractions' filter.
