Operations Engineer Intern (Sep 2021 - Apr 2022)
This internship is an 8 months Integrated Work Study Programme (IWSP) that was part of my curriculum in my university course. In these 8 months, I have actively assisted Cell Leader in daily operations such as timekeeping of work done by technicians, improving the '5S' in the workplace, sorting out over 1000+ spares around the company, and managing the spares' data. I have also collaborated with Engineers in the building to implement a new method of executing tasks which have reduced manhours by 30%.

Changi Airport Youth Ambassador (Oct 2016 - Apr 2017)
In my 6 months internship in CAG, I was deployed around Changi Airport Terminals to assist in airport operations and perform service recovery during flight disruptions. Have worked closely with colleagues across the different terminals to ensure operational work was conducted and delivered excellent customer service. I have also managed logistics duties such as refilling service recovery carts to serve affected passengers at times of crisis (i.e. delayed flights, delayed luggage, and flight cancellations).
