Brian Chong

I'm a UX/UI Designer. I'm a design graduate specialising in product and user experience design. I'm currently working full time in a tech company working with developers and Product Managers. I'm constantly looking for new opportunities and challenges to explore and grow. I look forward to getting to know more about you and your company and I'm more than happy to share with you more about myself. 

1. As the sole product designer for OMS4 (an e-commerce management system for online sellers), collaborated and worked closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Quality Control department and developers (SCRUM team) to develop e-commerce management solutions.

2. Developed in-house SaSS solutions (e-commerce management system) by understanding product nature and requirements combined with user needs and psychology with an agile approach methodology.

3. Created and improved new and existing features such as “Freshdesk integrated feedback system, Promotion management system, Gift with purchase management system.” and effectively communicating these interaction ideas clearly across to clients and management.

4. Maintaining consistency and standards with existing UX patterns and visuals of product to provide a coherent and intuitive experience for users.

5. With the help of design and critical thinking, identified bugs/UX problems and provided feedback to team with proposed solutions.

6. Developed a variety of responsive design webpages for the SaSS platform as well as the official website.

7. Conducted and assisted in Usability and A/B Testing to identify problems/bugs that we might have overlooked in the production process, look for opportunities to enhance the current user flow/experience and to also understand more about target users’ preferences and needs through user feedback.
