From July 2018 to September 2022, I was an Instructor at Officer Cadet School in the Singapore Armed Forces. Listed below are my accomplishments

• Raised and trained pioneer batch of cyber defense officers, implementing and improving the nascent 15-week leadership development curriculum through six iterations.
• Established Digital Intelligence Wing as a key leadership training institute in the training pipeline for cyber defense and military intelligence expert officers.
• Supported the wing's administrative, finance, IT, knowledge management, security, logistical and infrastructural functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and audit-readiness.
• Streamlined workflow and organizational processes to relieve workload of team with 60% staff ing and high turnover rate (~20% per quarter).
• Successfully conducted high-risk live fire and tactical field training exercises locally and overseas with zero incidents, through effective mission planning, team leadership and risk management.
• Created a high-trust and supportive workplace for team of instructors through emotionally intelligent interpersonal leadership, coaching and open discourse.
• Consistently attained outstanding trainee-to-trainer appraisal scores (~ 90th percentile) through establishing strong rapport with cadets, role-modelling and rigorous training.

Regular Commissioning Course, Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS), United Kingdom

• Awarded the Bahrain Prize as the top international cadet in the subject of Communications and Applied Behavioral Science.
• Represented Singapore in the multi-national training course with foreign military counterparts. Overcame cross-cultural barriers to support platoon in winning the Sovereign's Banner Competition as best platoon in cohort of six.
