I have over seven years of experiences in ERP Project using Microsoft Dynamics 2012 R3, two years of experiences in Dynamics 365 and eleven years of experiences in Information Technology in software development. Developed customizations as backend technical of Dynamic AX and D365 ERP system for ALL BU by coordinate and manage with technical team and third-party vendors.  Others applications with strong programming (3 tiers architecture such as presentation tier, business logic tier and data access tier), design and analysis experiences, teaching software course, system implementation, system training; possess strong analytical and relational skills. Willing to learn new things and very good at working with team & always perform with sufficient technical ability to develop coding capability for All BU without hesitation which was efficient and time saving.

• Responsible for support of backend technical of Dynamic AX and D365 ERP system for ALL BU by coordinate and manage with technical team and third party vendor
• More support dynamics Customization & New development align with business requirement for ALL BU and Vendors (AX R3 & D365)
• Manage along with lead the team and discuss with third party vendor to finish and solve the project and raised issue
• Manage the call for backend-level support to end-users and takes ownership for troubleshooting the technical problems and provides corrective actions with a sense of urgency. 
• Support for escalation of unresolved problems to third party vendor and follow up to Vendors and solve the issue.
• Provide guidance in performing Ax upgrade and recommend tools to retrofit customizations into the new ERP system and perform Data migration.
• Perform problem analysis and resolve escalated production issues reported by AX users
• Bug correction, technical troubleshooting and system performance tuning
• Experience for Development, Implementation and Maintenance of third-party software and Web technology related software using Programming Language 
• Smooth running of web application and related infrastructure
•  Conducts or supports training for BU IT and IT management staff as defined in project 
• D365 Customization & New development align with business requirement at Dynamics Environment
• Apply Go-live into Production from Development Environment using Source Control of Microsoft Framework at D365 Side
• Coordinate & investigate the AX Process Detail Logic with Vendors for Power BI Projects
• Analysis and investigate E-Service Integration Discrepancy between AX & MW
• Solving daily support cases from all BU (JIRA System) timely that to get the result in resource savings and times
• Performs additional duties as assigned and parallel for multiple tasks on time promptly without hesitation
• Train the all Team member to step-up and handle the  upcoming BU IT Projects 
• Support Integration between R3 and D365 then sharing  knowledge to team member
• Able to provide best Negotiable skills for user requirements
