Identify and create new business lending opportunities and
partnerships related to advancing the organization’s mission of
community stabilization and economic development.
Manage and track customers through all stages of the lending
pipeline, overseeing all activities and workflow of lending staff and
ensuring timely and accurate processing of loans.
Support efforts to ensure compliance and adherence to
certifications related to Annual Audits, Min-law license renewal, and
quarterly reporting.
Perform functions within the lending team including underwriting
and processing of loans as needed to ensure adherence to service
level compliance.
Head the compliance, collection, and credit operations of the
company and ensure that it is operating per all applicable laws and
regulations with ministry of Law.
Identify and manage risks that may affect the company's financial
stability, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
