Cheong Wen Wei

Hi there! My name is Wen Wei and I am currently a student at the National University of Singapore (NUS) studying business analytics. I am passionate about using data and analytics to understand and solve real-world problems, and I am excited to see where my degree will take me in the future. I am always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow, and I am excited to see what the future holds for me.

As someone with experience working at a call centre and serving National Service, I have developed excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, even in high-stress situations. I am also adept at upselling products or services to customers when appropriate. I am confident in my ability to handle any challenges that may come my way and am always looking for ways to improve my skills and provide the best possible experience for clients.

As a current Year 3 student studying Business Analytics at the National University of Singapore (NUS), I have gained a strong foundation in the principles of data analysis and statistical modelling. I have learned how to use tools such as Python and SQL to manipulate and analyse data, and have been exposed to a range of analytics software and techniques, including machine learning and predictive modelling. I have also had the opportunity to apply my skills through course projects and real-world case studies, allowing me to gain practical experience in solving business problems using data-driven approaches. I am excited to continue my studies and explore the various career opportunities available to business analytics professionals.
